Training Camps

A LEADER IN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Annual Training and Sports Camp Activities

Metroball Youth Outreach (MYO) will change the way each player approaches the game and will focus them on essential elements necessary to maximize their abilities, and most importantly, help them to develop into successful, goal oriented young men and women. MYO has had Pros All-Stars visit the summer camps and programs such as Lebron James, Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Bradley Beal, Desean Jackson, Josh Norman, Vernon Davis, Josh Morgan and other professional and college athletes.

Youth athletes have access to the same unique training system that prepares these stars.  MYO Training Camps offer an intense combination of basketball, football and soccer movement-based performance training, nutrition counseling, on-court basketball and turf drills. The experience and knowledge gleaned during an MYO Training Camp has been proven to have a profound positive long-term effect on a player’s career.
